02Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full before accessing any paid course or service.
• Payments can be made through secure online payment methods such as debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, or other supported gateways.
• Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• MyEduBharat is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

03Course Access

• Once payment is successfully completed, users will receive access to the purchased course.
• Access duration (lifetime / limited period) will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Course access is non-transferable.

04Refund Policy

4.1 No Refund Policy (Default)

• All purchases are non-refundable once the course has been accessed or consumed (partially or fully).

4.2 Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
• Payment deducted but course access not provided.
• Course cancelled by MyEduBharat.

4.3 Refund Request Timeline

• Refund requests must be submitted within 5-7 business days from the date of transaction.

4.4 Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

05Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel enrollment before accessing the course, but refunds are subject to approval as per the refund policy.
• MyEduBharat reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.

06Failed Transactions

• If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will usually be refunded automatically by your bank within 5-10 business days.
• If not, users should contact our support team with transaction details.
